Minor site update
I was browsing the internets today and stumbled across the Half-Life website Run. Think. Shoot. Live. by Phillip Marlowe. I couldn't help but look up the old Issues and Reissues mods I worked on and that got me thinking; aren't I still hosting the Reissues website? Sure enough, I do! I noticed some minor but very important things on the website were out of date, so I decided to update those. While a few broken links aren't that bad, it is when it concerns the download links!

For those three visitors this site gets each year, the download URL for this mod, as well as its two predecessors, can be found at Run. Think. Shoot. Live.:
Last but not least, if you're a Half-Life aficionado then you should really bookmark Phillip's site or even contribute. It's community-driven, so it can always use some more input. :)

Forums down
Unfortunately, after many years of faithful service, our much beloved forum host (or rather; community) Chatbear has ceased to exist. While it's a shame to see this go - many of us have spent years of ours lives discussing various things on there - it also presents us with a bit of a practical problem; We currently have no forums! (This includes team communication.)

We're working on resolving this, but don't be surprised if it'll take a few days before we have something going again. In the meanwhile, let us take a moment of silence for our beloved character. Poor Marvin. :(
Poor, poor Marvin!

Website Relocated
Though newer visitors (new visitors - would that be an oxymoron?) might not notice, but the older generation might: the Reissues website has relocated to a new place on the interwebs. No special reason other than to keep it online for the late players. Hopefully the website will provide some sort of useful information for players just starting to explore the crazyness that is Reissues.

Also for old visitors: no news on Reissues: Reissued for Half-Life 2 yet. It appears we do not have enough monkeys in our closet to realize that one just yet. Now skeletons on the other hand...

Reissues is Released!
It's done! After two years and many highs and lows, we've finally got this mod finished. Here's the official press release:

"Reissues" is a community compilation of 30 single player Half-Life 1 levels authored by a mix of various designers. Each one has created their own unique, self-contained chapter: you'll spelunk into ancient Egyptian tombs, scale mile-high cliff sides, and fight your way through several clever re-imaginings of Black Mesa - among other exciting setpieces!

Why did we bother squeezing this last bit of mileage out of a decade-old game engine? Because Half-Life 1 offers a unique feel and aesthetic that makes it a timeless classic; because great gun fights remain great fun fights, even without shiny next-gen graphics; because we love what we do, and we hope you'll love it too.
